Draft Local Plan 2016 - Deadline for  your comments has now passed

The Draft Local Plan sets out the planning policies and site allocations that will be developed in the Borough in the coming years. This means that it will show where houses and businesses will be built in the future. It is aiming to provide over 6800 homes and an additional 40 hectares of employment land. These will primarily be located in Polesworth, Dordon and Atherstone along the A5 corridor with other growth at Ansley Common and Hartshill. There are other allocations in other settlements, eg housing numbers proposed for Shuttington and full details and maps can be found on the North Warwickshire Borough Council Planning website in  the Draft Local Plan.

An A5 leaflet has been delivered to all the residents of North Warwickshire explaining the Draft Local Plan.​
